My Bio
Originally from a small Minnesota town, I moved to Texas after completing training for the Air National Guard as a Weather Observer supporting Army Air Field Operations. Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX became my home for the next 4 years. I graduated in 1997 with a BS in Geography: Resource and Environmental Studies and a commission in the USAF. I served active duty as a Logistics officer commanding a fuels flight, a warehouse facility and working special duty as a protocol officer.
In 2001, I separated from the military as a captain and raised a family. I've lived around the world, from coast to coast and in 2 overseas locations. Eventually I settled in Colorado Springs. The mountains have always called to me and when my husband invited to move to Eagle with him I was more than happy to. I love the slower pace of life and connection to nature living in the mountains.

Responsible Growth and Development
Ensuring that proper infrastructure is in place for the growth of our community. This includes, but not limited to, sewage lines, plumbing, roadways, electrical grids, environmental preservation, community interest, etc.
Supporting Local Business
Local businesses are the backbone of our community. They enrich our daily lives and directly support the growth and maintenance of our community.
Keep our Environment Clean and Safe for Future Generations
Without clean air, water and soil we have nothing. It is important that we consider the impact on these resources when we make decisions on policies that could potentially harm them.
Respecting our Open Space
Our Open Space in Eagle is for everyone to include our diverse mountain wildlife. It is important that we are responsible in our use of these lands so these animals can continue to thrive.
