Joseph Catalano, known across the digital world as Joey C, is a working-class fighter, media veteran, and proud Independent candidate for President of the United States in 2028.
Born without wealth or connections, Joey rose from the streets of Chicago to decades in professional baseball operations before launching his own digital media platform, Catalano TV. His show became a voice for the voiceless — defending creators, exposing corruption, and standing up for forgotten Americans.
He’s not backed by billionaires. He’s not owned by lobbyists. Joey C is running a legal, FEC-registered campaign powered by real people. His slogan says it all: “From Zero to Hero.”
He’s introducing bold, specific legislation to protect creators, cut red tape, rebuild the economy, and restore trust in American government — including the Streamer Protection & Innovation Act, No Federal Minimum Wage Act, Catalano Growth & Freedom Act, and more.
Joey C believes the future belongs to the people who build it — not the ones who bought it.
Joey C will make history by establishing the first-ever federal protections for digital content creators. No more unfair bans, demonetization, or false flagging. Creators are workers, and they deserve a digital bill of rights.
Eliminate the one-size-fits-all federal minimum wage. Let local economies decide. This is about unleashing
Inspired by the Trump-era tax cuts but better. This policy slashes middle-class taxes, cuts red tape, and sparks investment in independent businesses, not Wall Street cronies.
It’s time to crack down on coordinated online harassment. This Act protects people — especially creators and public figures — from smear campaigns, character assassination, and financial sabotage.
Joey supports a reformed federal healthcare system that cuts the bureaucratic bloat, protects freedom of choice, and ensures every working American has access to affordable care.
Modernizes FEMA, strengthens community-level disaster response, and supports states like Florida with real-time emergency infrastructure and funding. No more waiting for help that never comes.
Cut rent hikes and government red tape. Support independent landlords, first-time buyers, and reform zoning laws that suffocate small communities
A long-term jobs and dignity platform focused on empowering the working poor, veterans, digital workers, and second-chance Americans to build wealth and stability from the ground up.
A new policy in development. Joey C is designing legislation to address job loss from AI and automation while creating new pathways for displaced workers — especially in creative and service fields.
A sweeping legislative package to restore civic trust, defend free speech, and rebuild America’s cultural backbone. This is Joey C’s vision for a nation reborn through work, truth, and independence.
Speech: The Catalano Prison Reform & Second Chance Act My fellow Americans, Let’s tell the truth. Our prison system is not just overcrowded — it’s outdated. It punishes, but it doesn’t always correct. It locks people away, but too often it forgets why justice exists in the first place. Justice is not revenge. Justice is accountability with a path forward. I believe in law and order. I believe in responsibility. But I also believe in redemption. Under my administration, we will end excessive sentencing for non-violent offenses. Judges — not rigid federal formulas — will decide sentences. If someone has served their time, shown growth, completed programs, and stayed discipline-free, they deserve a review. Not a political slogan. A real review. We will expand rehabilitation programs — education, job training, mental health care, addiction treatment. Because you cannot punish trauma out of someone. And you cannot expect a man or woman to return to society better if we gave them nothing to build on. We will create real re-entry support. Housing transition. Hiring incentives. Second chance employment reform. Because if we release someone with no job, no support, and no structure — we are not protecting the public. We are setting them up to fail. And let me be clear — violent criminals will face consequences. Public safety comes first. Always. But America was built on something powerful: The belief that people can change. We are a nation of second chances. We are a nation of redemption. We are a nation where mistakes do not have to define your entire future. This is not about being soft. This is about being smart. This is about being strong enough to fix what isn’t working. Honesty and integrity don’t just win elections. They fix broken systems. And together, we will fix this one. God bless you. And God bless the United States of America.
