My name is Brandon Parnell I am 39 years old. I'm proudly from Birmingham Alabama, where I was raised by my mother, Lisa Parnell, and the late Walter tate. I began my education at Council elementary school and continued at Bush middle school, ultimately graduating from Wenonah high school in 2004. When I got to the 9th I was in special Education program, and when I got to the 10th grade I started taking regular classes and graduated with a high school diploma. During my high school years I was in involved in the student Government Association (SGA) as the first vice president, and the family career and community leaders of America (FCCLA). I also served on the Birmingham Youth City Council Board, where I developed a strong passion for the community service. After high school, I became a minister and dedicated myself to conducting prayer walks aimed at curbing violence in our community. My commitment to making a positive impact on my City and supporting our youth remains unwavering. I believe in the power of community and continue to invest my time in initiatives that promote growth, safety, and opportunity for all.
Because the students that are in special Education program can get a one one teaching
Our students need someone to listen to them and help them
Get more resource officers in the schools to protect our kids because they are not safe in the schools
